12 mai 2023 · Did you do a complete uninstall @Lady+needs+help : Uninstall the Sky Go app and then go to 'C:\Users\ [your user name]\AppData\Roaming (ensure hidden files/folders are visible) and delete the following folders: Sky. Sky Go. And if it is present the Cisco and/or Synamedia folder in App\Data\LocalLow. Empty your recycle bin.

23 sept. 2024 · I am looking to join sky for broadband and TV but the options are bewildering to me. I'd like to speak to a real person at sky on the phone for some help in choosing the best package for me but can't find a telephone number.
26 août 2024 · I need to talk to customer services about my account. I am a diamond account holder - there used to be a dedicated number to call but I cant't find it.

3 mai 2022 · Search for 'Allow an app through Windows Firewall'. Select "Allow another app..." Then browse to: C:\Users\<your use name>\AppData\Roaming\Sky\Sky Go\Sky Go.exe. Click the "Ok" to confirm the addition to the firewall rules. You should then be able to start Sky Go and it will be able to connect to the outside world.
7 mars 2022 · and changing the WPA setting to "WPA mixed-mode" from the default of "WPA2-only". This was probably due to the older printer not supporting the newer WPA2-only mode. Steps: * power off then unplug printer, wait a minute. * log in to Sky router admin page, on 192.168.0.1 using "admin" and password on back of router. * change to Wifi settings page.
7 janv. 2021 · I have sky broadband and sky Q, for quite a while now I'm waking up to the same message that my blink sync module has been offline for more than 30 mins. This message always comes through around 00:17am and the module remains offline until the system scheduled switch off at 6:00am. I have checked and set my main sky and Q mini box power settings.
