24 sept. 2024 · My wife drove the rio 1.4 sx with the battery light on until the car's dead by the side of the road. Towed back home and sure enough the alternator was busted. I had it replaced but now it just cranks and cranks, but not starting. Checked all the fuses to be all fine and all connections. 5 janv. 2022 · An oem KIA alternator. yesterday it ran for over an hour and a half, and then I drove it around the block a few times. with the brand new alternator it wouldn't last 20 minutes. I just wish in all the damn money I spent, and all the places I took tis to including a KIA dealership, no body could tell me or even suggest a KIA alternator.
