TripAdvisor has plenty of posts about FareBoom. That site is a magnet for complaints about air travel, an activity where people get upset anyhow.

Had flights canceled due to COVID in 2020, received a 'travel voucher' to apply for new flights and when we went to use them, Fareboom jacked the price more than $500.00 a ticket above the published rate! Then after there was an error charge. However, the problem was solved with the operation manager, Jason Garcia. It was helpful.
