In your configuration editor you should have a preamp at the very top. Set this to -20db (the lowest). Remove everything else. Add a 31-Band graphic equalizer and click on "import"

When I send using Windows' mixer where Equalizer APO modifies the audio signal before sending it for output, I have to check the bitrate in Exclusive mode on my DAC, then go here:
Il y a 6 jours · When an app uses the (WASAPI) exclusive mode for its target audio device it gets exclusive access to that device. No other app can use it. This is especially useful for mics so no other app can record or stream. However, using this exclusive mode bypasses any APO (audio processing object = sound effect) so Equalizer APO is also bypassed.
