21 déc. 2022 · I did exactly as you said Ctrl+alt+del. Clicked on task manager, a window opened up saying there are no apps running. so i went to apps and features, clicked on epic games launcher, a window came up saying it's getting it ready to uninstall, then another window came up saying that it's still running.
23 janv. 2022 · I contacted Epic Games support and after we tried all the usual fixes, they advised to contact Xbox. After this, I made a seperate Epic Games account and tried to link my Xbox to the new account but this also failed. Oddly enough, when I try to link my Twitch and Reddit Account to my Xbox, they tell me to login, but both in the end fail.

10 nov. 2024 · I saved these changes, reopened the Epic Games Launcher, and attempted downloads, but the speed remains slow. Adjusted the throttle settings: Enabled Throttle Downloads and set the download speed to 0 (unlimited). Restarted the Epic Games Launcher, but this didn't resolve the issue.
I then re-ran the installer as described in step 6 on the Epic page linked to above, which in my case is C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Extras\EOS\EpicOnlineServices.msi and the installer ran successfully fixing the issue. Hope this helps someone.

When I try to link to his new box (which is his home xbox) I want it to connect to his xbox account, but instead it connects to my xbox account and at no point does it ask which box account to link to! 22 juin 2022 · I understand that you are unable to uninstall Epic Games Launcher from your PC; Initially I recommend that you try the following; Press together the keys: Ctrl + Shift + Esc to access the Task Manager; Under Processes, locate EpicGamesLauncher; Right-click on it and select End Task; Agra press Windows key + i and go to Applications;
11 mars 2024 · It should work since even that's what the Epic Games site says. EDIT, since I can't post another reply: welp, I didn't notice you had chosen "Windows 11" as the category. In that case, right-click on the setup file > choose Properties > click on Compatibility on top of the window > click on the option Run this program as administrator > click Apply > click OK
