If you could not contact them to ask them to book flights for you, you should have done what you did: booked your own flights home and kept the receipts. Easyjet should now reimburse the full ...
15 mars 2024 · Following some family issues, we are not able to go on a planned holiday in the Med in June. I know that we cannot get a refund, but it looks as though we would have charges to pay if we cancel the EasyJet flights we paid for in January.
4 oct. 2013 · I believe the fee of £30 per person applies to refunds. You get back what you paid for the flight less £30. But hardly anyone qualifies for a fare refund because you can only cancel in the 24 hours after booking. What you do qualify for though is a refund of Air Passenger Duty. This is £13 on most easyJet flights.

21 mars 2023 · easyJet may be willing to move the flights to another day if LH haven't already accepted the time change. However this may have to be done by LH, and then any other arrangements such as hotel and transfer will also have to be moved. LH will charge admin fees for this as well as potentially re-costing the hotel element.
9 juil. 2020 · In the past, they generally say they'll open the bookings at abut 6.00 a.am. but it's often later in the morning. The website is still just saying they'll e released in 'July'. " Flights for travel from 1st June – 30th September 2021 will be available Thursday 16th July."
