4 oct. 2013 · So to cancel my 2 return flights will cost £60 minus the £13 APD. So I can get my head round why they would price it so it makes it better for you to not turn up than cancel. Seems odd business practice to me.

13 août 2024 · The platform is operated by DOHOP and is effectively an easyJet branded version of DOHOP's own site. Note you have to select and pay for the ConnectSure protection it's not included by default. However on a quick comparison on the route above, it does seem they sell the easyJet flights at the same price as booking them as singles.

I'm signed up to the newsletter but don't receive that till hours after flights are released and a DM on Twitter and they tell me they don't publish the dates flights are due to be released in advance on their website?
15 mars 2024 · Following some family issues, we are not able to go on a planned holiday in the Med in June. I know that we cannot get a refund, but it looks as though we would have charges to pay if we cancel the EasyJet flights we paid for in January.
14 oct. 2020 · Easyjet say they can only email it to the email address on the booking but won't tell me what email address that is, only that it is the travel agent's email, so a Tui email. I'm going round in circles and getting nowhere. Please could anyone advise how I can get the receipt from Easyjet so I can reclaim this?
3 août 2024 · Easyjet should have rerouted you: arranged flights as soon as possible after the cancelled flight, if necessary on another airline. If you could not contact them to ask them to book flights for you, you should have done what you did: booked your own flights home and kept the receipts. 8 juin 2014 · Once the flight has happened, then you can ask easyjet for the APD (tax) back for any tickets bought where the person didn't fly - unlike most airlines, they don't charge an administration fee for this (though you do need to ask them for it).
