Cologne is one of those small, new routes like Tirana that doesn’t allow online check in. This is normal. Ignore everyone saying you’ll be bumped, checked, etc. Out of Heathrow, they’d have a point (although it’s far more likely there is a data or formatting error), but this is standard for this route. 4. 6 mars 2024 · Currently stuck in the UK because they can’t book a new flight for anyone and the weather grounded all their planes. Waited 2.5 hours for no result. Online checkin has been patchy on the app for ages. If you click on the option for more booking details you can eventually check in that way but it takes 4 or 5 attempts.
1 mai 2022 · You don't need to be the person booking the flight, all you need is the PNR code (6 letters or digits) and your surname. If the boarding pass has already been generated then you'll be able to do it at the airport. For some flights, customer service can still do it, but they may not be able to if the flight has been handed over to airport control.

23 juin 2024 · Better off not checking in online and doing it in person together. The check-in agent will try and seat you together. It’s quite likely that you will be sat together, because BA doesn’t show every possible seat to people on basic economy. The bag won’t make any difference to seat selection, however.
