30 nov. 2017 · Airbnb only "rewards" superhosts.. that is their sort method. My nightly rates include state and local taxes, the onsite rental office collects taxes on check in. I don't have a front desk to do this. However my condo is upgraded other condos in the same complex are not upgraded, so then it becomes a visual thing.

21 févr. 2024 · The look and feel is similar to Airbnb and they also allow you to book properties there. The only problem is there aren't a lot of properties on the website. For example, when I searched for a 2 night stay in Toronto sometime in April, there is only 1 property lol. Did a similar search in New York, and there are only 6 lol.
20 nov. 2024 · Hi All The issue with the App requiring later updates on iPhones that no longer support IOS updates has not gone away. Our I phone 7 which is perfectly good won't support IOS 16.0 or later so no App, and we are not buying a new phone just for that!!
25 janv. 2024 · Only Airbnb would really be able to tell you if/when that might be removed? I would guess that if you don't have several of these and your other reviews are good (overall star rating 4.8 or above), you shouldn't have an issue. However, this is all controlled by Airbnb. Have you done a recent incognito search and noted where your listing appears?
