How do you deal with Gender dysphoria. I don't have gender dysphoria all the time but now that I'm older, just thinking about my gender a little to long can lead to it. I am Genderfluid. But anytime I catch dysphoria, I feel wrong I feel like I either need to pick a gender or be nun at all. It's gets so bad my head throbs.
