Though given Noel had his issues with them both, I doubt that would have worked. Ashcroft had a nice little run of songs that would’ve made excellent Oasis tunes in my opinion. But I’d lean towards him being more of a George Harrison level contributor than an outright equal to Noel as far as his output went.
