20 août 2024 · Fences prior to update were neatly spaced per Fence dimensions. A Layout Snapshot was taken before upgrading to 5.81. Please note: The Fences are a little hard to see as they are rolled up and the opacity is low. But the Fence names are visible on image enlargement. 20 nov. 2017 · Right-click on the desktop and select "Configure Fences..." Click on "Layout" on the left-hand side of the configuration window that appears. Select “Restore a backup” to bring up a list of saved layout backups to revert to. When a saved backup is clicked, a preview window will appear showing you what the layout will look like on your desktop.

I looked through the Stardock Forum threads and the Fences Forum FAQ but couldn't find anything more authoritative on how to stop Fences 4 in order to uninstall it. 19 mars 2024 · I have Fences 4 and generally like to keep updated, but I'm having a problem finding any information about teh differences between 4 & 5. I know 5 takes us into the subscription model (by default), but I would really like to see what comes with that (other than higher cost).

I thought the upgrade to 3.16 would be a good thing; I have 3 version 3.1.3.3.

17 oct. 2009 · However if you either (a) export that registry key and import it into your new computer before installing Fences (or import them and terminate / re-run explorer)... or ( Copy the snapshot XML/PNGs over, and load one of the snapshots on the new machine, then you'll get your Fence layouts back on the new machine.
