I took my coin jar which was full of coloured water. Dried it decently. Took it to cba. Machine broke due to wet coins. Out of order for a week or two. Went back a week or two later after using a towel and drying all the coins almost perfectly. Machine broke again due to wet coins. I havent been back to that branch!
26 avr. 2012 · Start with your own bank, they 'should' exchange them or at least let you pay them into your account. When I worked in a Halifax branch, there were no issues with taking £5 coins, provided they were paid into an account (i.e. they couldn't just be exchanged for notes). They are legal tender they should accept them.

25 mars 2011 · The coin counting machines, or Cash & Deposit Machines, (CDMs) are also ATMs, so as soon as you pay your coin in, they will pay it into your account, and you can draw the funds out - providing your account is within it's limit of course. 20 oct. 2017 · You can just go to your bank and order a cashier check made payable to yourself pay with the coins it is legal tender and They can not refuse it, get the cheque and pay it into your bank account. Expensive way to make your point but worth it. on the same grounds you could do that for a postal order from a post office.
