"Metalist" Oblast Sports Complex (Ukrainian: Обласний спортивний комплекс "Металіст"), which includes the Metalist Stadium (Ukrainian: Стадіон "Металіст"), is a multi-use stadium in Kharkiv, Ukraine. It is used chiefly for football matches and is the home stadium of FC Metalist 1925 Kharkiv.

Their home was the Metalist Stadium, a multi-use facility with a capacity of 40,003. The stadium was originally built in 1926 and was expanded to host Euro 2012 football matches. Metalist ceased operations in 2016 due to insolvency .

The regional sports complex Metalist is a multifunctional arena, one of the best in Ukraine and Eastern Europe. The total seating capacity is 40,003. Of those, 506 are VIP seats (116 Sky Box seats), 500 for the media, 240 commentary positions, 102 positions for the people with disabilities.
Metalist Stadium is located south-east of Kharkiv’s city centre, almost 3 kilometres from the edge of the centre. It furthermore lies about 5 kilometres from Kharkiv’s Freedom Square and about the same distance from Shevchenko park, which both lie more towards the north of the centre.

Used mostly for the football matches of FC Metalist Kharkiv, the 40,003 capacity stadium was renovated in 2009 in time for EURO 2012.
