I attended a Aldi Experience day last week and four days later they informed me I didn't get the job. What I don't understand is, why put me through 3 stages of the application (online assessment, interview and Aldi Experience) then not give me the job when they basically made out I would be successful.

27 juin 2020 · I haven't been interviewed by Aldi so I can't give any specific advice, just general but it should be helpful nonetheless. Prep some of your answers. Do your research about the history of Aldi, their values etc. Know your strengths and weaknesses, think of examples for when you've worked in a team or overcome a problem as these are common questions.
23 mai 2022 · Hi, I’ve recently applied to Aldi for a part time job around college. I got past the maths test and group interview on Sunday and have now been invited for the ‘Aldi Store Experience’ in my local store.
20 nov. 2023 · We started by giving a brief introduction what we studied, what we do for work etc. and what our favourite aldi product was. The answers were pretty basic like the flatbreads, perfume, super six etc. We were then given around 10 minutes to prepare a 3 minute presentation on our store walk. We were given the topic on the day. I got marketing and PR.

So the Aldi experience day was more of a general chat between the store manager and myself. She was really chilled out and it didn’t feel like an interview. I think it’s more so to find out more about the store manager you’ll be working with and about what they expect from you and whether you’d be happy with it etc.
26 juil. 2023 · I had my first interview today with Aldi which I think went all. Honestly I was so nervous. How long does it usually take to hear back from them if I've been successful with that interview.
I worked in Wetherspoons and had a trial period, different type of job, but similar in the same way, anyways in my trial shift I basically shadowed an experienced member, I worked in the kitchen and he showed me how everything work, I was there for 3 hours and I was pretty much following him for the first hour and then I picked up what I was doing pretty easily.
