This is the answer. When someone changes their name the old name will be reserved for 7 days. No idea why Mojang does that tho.

Nov 23, 2021. #5. well it must be a previous skin ur looking for because theres no way you cant see the skin hes currently using. people have the option to remove skin history from their namemc profile. also, sometimes very old skins wont register, afaik only one skin before march 2016 will be shown on someones profile but could be wrong.
NameMC is a great tool to check out other people’s skins. That’s about it. Other than if you’re a content creator and people often check out your profile, I can’t see any reason why you’d have many followers on there. No idea who would pay for Premium there. 116.
