start the emulator; open the emulator's settings(not the phone's setting) settings->proxy->manual; set host:127.0.0.1, port:1081; I found this at the bottom of the V2ray. I suppose the default port for HTTP is 1081, and socks is 1080, so I tried both. And here 1081 works. If you use another VPN client, try to replace your port, and it may work.

There are two ways to capture network traffic directly from an Android emulator: Copy and run an ARM-compatible tcpdump binary on the emulator, writing output to the SD card, perhaps (e.g. tcpdump -s0 -w /sdcard/emulator.cap). Run emulator -tcpdump emulator.cap -avd my_avd to write all the emulator's traffic to a local file on your PC.
Make sure that "Auto Rotate" on your Android settings is enabled. Press F9 two times in less than 2 seconds = Normal view 0/360º. Press F10 two times in less than 2 seconds = Rotate 180º.
