3 sept. 2022 · If I remember correctly they will verify your card by making a small transaction so a fake credit card number won't work. I would suggest that you either contact Google about it or check out another map framework such as Leaflet and then use OpenStreetMap for your maps. –

Your problem is that in moveToLocation, you're using document.getElementById to try to get the Map object, but that only gets you an HTMLDivElement, not the google.maps.Map object you're expecting. So your variable map has no panTo function, which is why it doesn't work.

There seems no way to have google maps api key free without credit card. To test the functionality of google map you can use it while leaving the api key field "EMPTY". It will show a message saying "For Development Purpose Only". And that way you can test google map functionality without putting billing information for google map api key.
14 oct. 2014 · The first is that the text is designed to be viewed in mercator coordinates, not long-lat. This is the reason why OpenStreetMap doesn't transform to long-lat by default. The second is the way that ggplot2 (i.e. grid) renders rasters. For some reason it does not seem to as good as base. See the difference between plot(map) and autoplot(map).
