I work for Xbox 360 Live and I can not access expertzone. When it sends me the link to my email it want validate it, so what should i do.

ExpertZone Login Issues. I'm pretty amazed that Microsoft wants retail employees to train on their products to better be able to sell them yet the main learning tool is unavailable to them.
