Eliminating the article would suggest that you are describing some of them. Other than that, #3 (with "of using") removes the initial ambiguity I saw.

You’ve already explained the difference between up for (in one of its uses) and up to (also in one of its uses), but your first sentence sounds a bit odd, since being “up to the challenge” – and even more so, “up to the job” – is more or less an idiom.
2 oct. 2018 · Select (don't mouse over) the hand icon. That will bring up a page for playing. Set as you wish for time controls. Then select "vs Computer". You can control if the game is rated or unrated. Just set the player you want to challenge to username “stockfish”. then you will lose, even if it is 1|0. Trust me.
