To solve this - change security properties of desired folder or create new downloads folder under the same account you launching BitTorrent. Also, do not put downloads folder in "Program files" or similar sstem folders.

29 oct. 2023 · This just started, the remove, start torrent, and stop torrent buttons are greyed out. Now I have to select the torrent, right click to select the command to delete. Why are the buttons greyed out? Is there a way to activate them?
