What is this? when pointing something (or that is there is a need to differentiate the distance, or in general separate the items). Their rationale was that the answer will be " it is a finger ". Is the question "what is it?"

25 juin 2022 · I have never had these before but after going to a random site where the page turned into a little robot asking if I was a robot and me hitting NO, I am now receiving these every few minutes in lower right of my screen.
It’s making sounds like a purring cat but loud and sort of squealing. Assuming it’s a squirrel but is it more likely to be a bird? 22 juil. 2019 · I uninstalled every single network adapter in device manager, restarted, connected to wifi, reinstalled wifi card drivers, installed cfosspeed and then uninstalled cfosspeed again, then it correctly uninstalled, removing it's driver and everything worked very smoothly after this, I was finally able to reach the same internet speeds I was seeing ...
