Michael Talbot (born 11 September 1958) is an English keyboardist. He was a co-founder of the Style Council with Paul Weller, and has also been a member of Dexys Midnight Runners, the Merton Parkas and the Bureau. [1]

The Style Council were a British band formed in 1982 by Paul Weller and keyboardist Mick Talbot, who had played with Dexys Midnight Runners. The band mixed pop, jazz, soul and funk, and had seven top 10 hits in the UK, including "You're the Best Thing" and "Shout to the Top!"

Formés en 1983 par Paul Weller (ex-chanteur et guitariste de The Jam) et par le claviériste Mick Talbot, ils sont rejoints ensuite par le batteur Steve White et la choriste Dee C.
