Ian Stewart est un pianiste écossais de rock, cofondateur des Rolling Stones en 1962, mais écarté du groupe en 1963. Il a continué à collaborer avec les Stones comme road manager et pianiste occasionnel jusqu'à sa mort en 1985.

German noted the irony in the early death of the one Stones member who "eschewed all the drugging and boozing."
