28 juil. 2023 · In my experience, the only natural nicknames (and the only ones that she’s gotten) are [name_f]Liza [/name_f] and E. The rest that you have listed definitely could work if you wanted them to, but they aren’t very naturally occurring or inevitable in my opinion and experience, as you asked about Liz/Lizzy.
