The drop outs last a fraction of a second and the frequency is random. They appear to be somewhat programme specific (Gold Rush:White Water is a particular problem).
11 nov. 2024 · 15 Jun 2024 02:27 PM. I started a thread about the same issue, but my discussion on chat did not resolve it.. Just over a month on and still no word from Sky offering a resolution. I want Discovery Plus back. It is part of the agreed package and Sky is not fulfilling its contractual obligation. Report post.

5 déc. 2023 · It doesn't require you to logout on your sky box in case you can't reconnect. But anyone with a working discovery plus account go to the address ( I can't post links) discoveryplus /link . It may ask you to login but when logged in does it ask for the 6 digit code or send you back to the main page of discovery.

19 sept. 2023 · Yes Discovery+ is free which is included in your Sky Package which is the Standard subscription which includes sport shown on Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2 only. It's there in black and white what's covered in the Standard option you get free with Sky and Football is not included. It also states that a TNT Sports subscription is required.
21 mai 2023 · When I go into discovery + I activate its says you are now activated but still can't get anything it just say to upgrade my pass when it's meant to free.
21 avr. 2023 · I've just had to reactivate with a new code for the second time this year (2024), but discovery isn't the only channel. I've had to do it with my5, c4, and itvx, so maybe it's something to do with sky or just these channels, it could be annoying but it doesn't take long to do and also I've never logged out of an app or been asked to log in ...
29 oct. 2024 · I have carried out extensive tests over the past week. After m y Puc was replaced a couple of weeks ago. My Sky Stream Puc only pixelates, and also goes to a black screen, it when we watch Discovery +, then switch to BBC, Sky News, etc... It never does it on Discovery +, YouTube, etc... Never does it on the terrestrial channels from switch on.
11 août 2023 · On your Sky Q remote press the home button so you are on the Homescreen. 1. Scroll down to My Sky then scroll right to Your Products. 2. You'll need to enter your Sky TV Pin at this point to continue once entered correctly you will see this screen. 3. Select App Subscriptions then you'll see this screen.
