6 févr. 2022 · Air Transat is slightly older (1986) and originates as a holiday and charter airline in the province of Québec. They are particularly well known in eastern Canada and amongst French-speaking Canadians. They fly a lot of trans-Atlantic routes to France. Air Canada tried to purchase Air Transat a couple of years ago.
14 mai 2020 · 1. Contact Air Transat by Facebook Messenger or Twitter and request a refund citing EU261 which says you must be given a refund within 7 days. Once you have their refusal in writing via one of these methods then proceed to the next stage. 2. Contact your bank and request a chargeback for "services not received".
18 mars 2020 · Air Transat is following Canadian government advice which is that they can issue vouchers instead of cash refunds. If the flights are from the UK, EU261 still applies which means you can demand a refund but I fear they will simply say they are following their own country's rules and ignore your request. If you paid by credit card you may need to warn them you are going to request a chargeback ...

2 janv. 2015 · Well two out of three ain't bad. To be honest, the alternatives (Air Transat and Air Canada) are just as variable in quality as BA. I'd personally choose Air Transat as likely to be the best, as (I belive) only 1 of a possible 21 aircraft haven't recently been refurbished. Everyone loves to bash BA.
12 juin 2012 · They contacted us today to say that the booking did not exist and that Air Transat had provided them with incorrect details...however, they then went on to offer us the same flight which cost £180 more!!
