X = Shipper’s Account # (6 Digits) Y = Service Code (2 Digits) (See Partial Key Below) Z = Shipper’s Reference # (Can be set by shipper for convenience, to mirror an invoice#, etc.) C = Check Digit. Service Codes.
16 mai 2021 · When tracking a package it used to be that you could view the detailed scans (which included the approximate container scans). Now it says On the Way. Clicking on view details doesn't give any useful information... Or does it? This trick works whether you have just a tracking number or click on the tracking logged in through UPS My Choice.
12 nov. 2021 · I suggest making a claim and trying to speed up the support process by getting to a manager or supervisor. Go to your local ups to start the process. They will be able to track the package to the last point it was scanned. All packages are scanned in or out so they would be able to pin point the exact warehouse it should be in.

My prediction is that UPS customers will go to 3rd party apps (the ones the track all companies in one place) for their detailed UPS info. 3rd party (or bad actors siphoning info off /or hacking them) could easily REDIRECT all packages all over the world.

My package had a departure scan out of San Diego for 6 days now. There has been no update on tracking since the 8th. My package is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I live in New York.
24 oct. 2022 · Every time they ship out with UPS I receive my tracking number, and every time I check it I get this message: "We are unable to complete your tracking request at this time. Please try again later." In these cases, the delivery is happening, the order always arrives, and the tracking number never updates or ends up working.
