TRULANCE ne comprenaient pas un nombre suffisant de patients âgés de 65 ans et plus pour qu’on puisse déterminer si la réponse au traitement dans ce groupe d’âge diffère de celle observée chez les patients de 18 à moins de 65 ans.
La dose recommandée de ce médicament est de 3 mg (1 comprimé) pris par la bouche une fois par jour. Il peut être pris avec de la nourriture ou non.

Trulance ® (plecanatide) 3 mg tablets is a prescription medicine used in adults to treat Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Constipation (IBS-C) and Chronic Idiopathic Constipation (CIC). Chronic means the constipation is long lasting. “Idiopathic” means the cause of the constipation is unknown.
