19 févr. 2022 · - web app have audio volume normalization turn-off, in Desktop app is default on (You can turn off), - web app plays music encoded AAC (which is very well developed and popular encoder, BlueRay/MP4/Dolby Digital*/Apple used them), - Spotify app plays music encoded in Vorbis (which is not used and developed by popular anyone else).
10 mars 2024 · Still no luck. I've also noticed that once the memory usage starts ramping up, if I expand the browser window that's running Spotify and then minimize it again, the memory usage will drop back down to around 200mb. That's without stopping the music or any interaction with the web player - simply expanding and minimizing the window its in.
29 avr. 2023 · Open a web browser on your device and go to the Spotify web player website: open.spotify.com. If you are redirected to the app, try disabling the app by going to Settings > Apps > Spotify > Open by default > Clear defaults. Clear your browser cache and cookies, and then try opening the Spotify web player again.
