I purchased some footwear through Sportsdirect. During the buying process I was waiting to add the delivery address to make sure it was the new one.

To return an item (s) firstly print the Returns Form, complete it and return it with your invoice and goods to: Customer Returns, Wareshop2 Limited, Unit A, Brook Park East, Shirebrook. NG20 8RY. I did exactly what is printed above, the goods were returned 1 day after I recieved them.

When typing in an order for some shoes through Sportsdirect, I noticed their site attempted to change the delivery and invoice address to a completely different one, albeit with the same surname as mine. I retyped the correct one out and pressed order.

23 févr. 2020 · You have 30 days from when it was delivered to tell them its faulty. Contact them, explain why they are faulty and that you would like to return the item. see if they offer pre-paid postage but get confirmation that under the consumer rights legislation they will refund you for the postage to return faulty goods.
21 nov. 2014 · Non delivery of parcel from SPORTSDIRECT - HELP. I placed an order with sportsdirect for a pair of trainers - i placed this order on the 28th October 2014, however after waiting 3 weeks i contacted sportsdirect via their website asking whether they could tell me when my goods were due to be delivered. They emailed back a link to track my parcel.
16 janv. 2022 · They could be, but Sports Direct almost certainly won't. They aren't know for customer service. You might not need something now but a pair of trainers (or whatever) sitting in a box until your old ones wear out isn't going to take up much space. As above they won't extend because they are a nasty company to deal with.

4 mars 2013 · Thanks - it's faulty. I wasn't sure whether I would be entitled to the postage of them sending it to me, or of me sending it back as well as that. Either way I intend to get both sets of postage if there's any way I possibly can! Does anyone know if I can return an item I bought online from Sports Direct, in the store instead of posting it back?
