22 août 2019 · I know the 5G version is single sim but note 10 plus clearly said dual sim. Thanks. That depends on the region. At least in the US, official samsung phones never had dual sim functionality unless you buy the international dual sim model.

22 oct. 2021 · May 17, 2023. #9. Potential solution : Press moderately hard with your finger below the camera. That can supposedly reconnect the better temperature sensor to the battery. If you accidentally drop your phone on the ground, the sensor may get disconnected and it won't be able to see that the battery is warm and ok to charge.

6 oct. 2021 · My Note 10 Plus just stopped accepting a charge from Qi wireless chargers too. February 2022. I know this is an old thread but any info is better than nothing. I tried everything and nothing works. I have seen a few people noticing this at around the 2 year mark following a software update.
25 janv. 2011 · Well-known member. For me, under settings there is a Work profile section. In there is an option to turn the work profile off. And I would note that I believe a work profile only gives your company access to the Work profile section of your phone. They cannot erase your entire phone, just the work profile area.
1 févr. 2021 · Member. Today, sensor stopped working. On Android 11 with latest update. I cleaned and wiped screen. I removed screen protector screen is perfect shape. Restarted phone and also removed existing fingerprints, however, when I try to add new ones, I get a message to clean and wipe screen and then try again. Have done this 2-3 times. Screen is clean.
