26 mai 2020 · Go to the Settings under the General tab and enable Beta updates. Then go to the About tab and check for updates. This latest beta will need to restart the computer but hopefully may provide better performance. If that does not help then let me get some logs and we'll check and see what we can find.

If you're already running Malwarebytes then open Malwarebytes and check for updates. Then click on the Scan tab and select Threat Scan and click on Start Scan button.

4 févr. 2022 · Download: Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool. Select the Windows Key and R Key together, the "Run" box should open. Drag and Drop KVRT.exe into the Run Box. C:\Users\ {your user name}\DESKTOP\KVRT.exe will now show in the run box. C:\Users\ {your user name}\DESKTOP\KVRT.exe -dontencrypt should now show in the Run box.

In the User Account Control pop-up window, click Yes to continue the installation. Run the MBST Support Tool. In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced. Please do have patience. It takes several minutes to gather. Upon completion, click a file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your Desktop.
