Fed Ex is a bad company who screws over their customers and simply doesn't care. From the big wigs at corporate right on down to the complaining drivers. 6 mars 2018 · It’s a long and expensive process but fedex is making improvements. From a drivers perspective, they gotta move fast. They don’t have time to stop and chat, if you want your shipping costs to be affordable then get used to not seeing your driver. One of purposes of this sub is to help customers out and answer questions.

2 janv. 2019 · I ask because I have a package that the merchant said was shipped 3 days ago on one part of their site and on another that the label was only just created/info sent to fed ex. Then I got a tracking number that tracks from that merchant and from fed ex. Both say delivery will be today, but only the label has been created.

Dispatch can see in real time where drivers are, managers can call dispatch whenever they wish to get updates—locations, how many stops a driver has left, etc. if your package has a senseaware then it tracks the package in real time also. There are also cameras on each truck.
20 avr. 2022 · Why does FedEx suck so bad ?? Every time I buy something and see that the seller shipped with FedEx I cring. They send you tracking info that is utterly pointless. I get stuff USPS and UPS and their tracking is reasonably accurate. Occasionally something is a day late but usually if UPS or USPS tells me a delivery date that’s the date I get.

Tracking says both "on time" and "a delivery date is unavailable right now." The domain ismyfedexpackageontime.com is available for purchase. If it simply displayed "No", it would be correct more often than FedEx tracking.
