They don’t sponsor riders who compete, film, anything. They do nothing for skiing or snowboarding. 3.
Dope snow and Montec are repurposed Ali baba jackets. Things might look cool initially but it’s common attire for bad riders that only ride for the pics and video. They picked up style through the internet, not from being on the mountain.
28 déc. 2023 · Today however I saw a pretty laughable Instagram reel of some kid flexing his gear at a ski hill, in which he was wearing a full DOPE snow fit. It was all black too which made no sense the reel was pretty poor quality but he claimed he had the best fit at the hill. I've got a few dope jackets and 1 trousers, depending how cold the weather is; the hoodie I got I wouldn't wear unless it's not super cold. I got a montec 'doom' insultated jacket and with a thermal you could wear it in pow and cold weather. Hope this helps (they're very nice fitting)
Montec and dope snow isn’t actually that bad. Yes they’re bought from china and all that stuff, the quality and performance is okay. Better than I thought. My gf got one because of course instagram, and it actually kept her pretty warm and dry (rode 36+ days). Def would stay away from it if you can and get a reliable brand but if it’s all ...
30 mars 2023 · Dope Snow is a blatant money grab whose main marketing strategy is dumping millions of dollars on facebook ads and instagram influencers to attract clueless beginners. They don’t contribute anything back to the scene and just pump more dollars into social media influencers than they will ever back into snowboarding.

13 déc. 2023 · BozoTheTown. •. Hate for Montec gear feels similar to the hate towards IKON pass holders. If you take a step back, IKON is making skiing more affordable. It’s helping solve a huge issue in the industry. The pass itself is a great value and helps the sport be a bit more accessible to the masses.
