18 juin 2016 · Free Canadian Black Book access for BCAA Members. Just found this out today when looking to get the value of a used car, and thought the rest of the community would appreciate knowing about it. If you are (or know) a BCAA member they provide free access to the Canadian Black Book. (This may apply to CAA members as well - not 100% sure)
12 sept. 2016 · Any thoughts on how reliable Canadian Black Book is? I am looking to trade in my vehicle - 7 years old, but low kms. CBB gives a range of $7,200-9,300. The front bumper has a crack and it sounds like the muffler may need repair, so admittedly, I would be ok getting something in the lower end of the range. That said, a dealer offered me $4300.

If you need to find out the Black Book value of any car, here's a link to the Chrysler web-site which should re-direct you to the Black Book site: Canadian Black Book. Normally, you'll have to pay $10.95 to access the Black Book site. The Black Book is the wholesale price for a vehicle.
25 nov. 2008 · So now you have vehicle with a cost of $14,750. Add onto that a minimum $2,000 profit. Dealers get alot of their used inventory from private auctions. They then have the cost of auction fees, warranty,and transportation to add to the cost. No dealer will sell a good, not aged, vehicle for $500 over cost.
12 mars 2008 · Dealers use the Canadian Black Book to determine trade in value. You can access the online black book by going to the Toyota Canada web site.
