Yup. That's one of those "slashes" you could call 20 times a game in the NHL. To do it when there was no giveaway, it's in the neural zone, with no real impact on the play...and to make it a 5-3 to boot...just a terrible call. The Bahl one was probably the right call though, can't stick out your leg even if the guy didn't fall over.
