15 oct. 2024 · 2- If that doesn't work, launch Reader in compatibility mode for Windows 7 - select Reader's icon on the desktop >right click > properties > compatibility > compatibility mode > check the box which says Run this program in compatibility mode for, and select 7 from the drop-down options > Apply > OK and try again.

I cant find older releases anywhere within the Adobe site; Do not send me to this link because it does not work. It has 1 version for Win7 and its the version we are downgrading from. 6 juil. 2023 · The Acrobat DC is ONE installer package that comes with a base install and then applies the most recent update, so the installer you download TODAY has the 23.003.20215 update included. What you could try is download the installer package, un-zip it, delete the update .msp file, then install.
30 avr. 2018 · LATEST. The name changed from Adobe Reader to Acrobat Reader and it is still free. There also continues to be the product just called Acrobat, or Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard; this continues to be not free. All of these (free and not free) might add “DC” to their name. 1 Upvote.

9 janv. 2019 · Acrobat Reader DC est très lent et engendre beaucoup de problèmes : - Les PDF sont très lents à s'ouvrir. - Il faut attendre au moins 1 minute pour fermer un PDF. - Quand on scroll le PDF, Accrobat plante et mets l'erreur "A cesser de fonctionner". La protection renforcée et le mode protégé au démarrage sont désactivées.

19 déc. 2023 · Adding this setting to our environment (via a GPO) seemed to have resolved our slowness/freezing issues with Acrobat Pro. Edit>Preferences>Security enhanced>uncheck "Enable Protected Mode at startup". A few years ago, we applied this setting to Adobe Reader using a group policy setting.

Hi, Inserting an image in a PDF is part of Editing which wont be possible using free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
