Get a replacement card. If you're seeking a WWVP replacement card, a fee of $22 applies. If your card is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed you can request a new one. To buy bike rack numberplates, call Access Canberra on 13 22 81 or visit an Access Canberra Service Centre. Access Canberra will need to confirm your identity. This can be done with an ACT Driver Licence. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to provide full proof of identity. There is a fee for bike rack numberplates.
