17 sept. 2024 · But jobs, wages, and population for the region are outperforming many areas even in the sunbelt. Income in city proper, adjusted for inflation, is the highest it's been since 1979. Poverty continues to drop in a meaningful manner. Unemployment is at record lows for the state, far better than the national average (which has not been the case historically) and even better when just focused on SE PA.
29 févr. 2024 · Keeping Freddy over Moncton is a bit surprising. I suspect it's a combination of competition (less in Freddy) and store-costs (Champlain Place is pricy). 3 stores in Halifax (HSC, MMM, and Sunnyside Mall in Bedford). 1 in St. John's I believe (Avalon mall). q12.
7 juil. 2024 · A good view of 520 5th rising in 270's shadow. Looks like the cladding is nearing the event space on the upper floors. Nice to see 520 and 262 also taking their places on Fifth ave. It really is an incredible video, I'm sure we'll see a lot of screenshots from their video on several threads here. Some of the best footage out there for the skyline.

25 sept. 2024 · The new LVMH space will accommodate its expansion needs and provide “swing space” as the giant company tears down and redevelops the nearby 1 East 57th Street for Louis Vuitton and also reinvents 19 East 57th Street. The latter is a quirky, 1999 glass edifice designed by Christian de Portzamparc.
25 avr. 2016 · The project is being accomplished by demolishing a small community center on Cherry Street, nestling the 900-foot tower alongside an existing senior housing building and cantilevering a portion of the new construction over the old pharmacy property. The footprint for the tower will be about 9,000 square feet.

Apple recently announced their opening of a flagship store in Laval... I'm sure we will find an Apple coming to Vancouver soon especially with microsoft having an office in Richmond (trust me it's relevant).
