Fortuna Arena je situována v Praze 10 - Vršovicích. Stadion je ohraničen ze severu ulicí Vladivostocká, z jihu železniční dráhou, ze západu ulicí U Slavie a z východu tréninkovými hřišti. Od centra města (Národní muzeum) je vzdálen zhruba 4 kilometry, to znamená 7 minut jízdy při plynulém provozu.

14.7.2022, Klub. Eden Stadium will be renamed Fortuna Arena after new naming rights deal with Fortuna betting & gaming company. Fortuna becomes Slavia Premium Partner before the 2022/23 season, its logo will also be present on Slavia shirts on the sleeve and under the number. The deal follows the previous cooperation which started in 2019.
