8 juil. 2024 · Solutions from the Outlook team: • have the most updated version of Outlook. • manually set up the account as a Microsoft 365 account (not Outlook.com, as I was doing) • use cellular service not WiFi. this worked for me! finally able to get my school accounts on the mobile app. CY.
