Just subscribe through Turkish AppStore account,it is just 1.2 usd for the hifi plus monthly subscription. its legit but i don't use it to buy accounts, i just use it to buy game currency, plus i use a spare card anyway. I used z2u before for accounts and vbucks top ups and stuff and i gotta say it seems legit.

If you still need the info, go to Z2u credit balance and go to where it says status and click on refund and then you can put the amount you want it to return to your account. Hope this helps you. How long did it take for you to refund it? I tried to do this and it said I have Credits Balance isn't enough.
