24 juil. 2022 · Rightmove and Zoopla will probably cover 99% of normal houses in the UK, but as others have said - if you want to get an early viewing, make sure to register your interest with local estate agents and let them know what you're looking for (e.g. Type, size, budget, location) and you'll often be able to view the houses before they get advertised online.

The default sort on Rightmove is by highest price, so if they select £600k as their max price, your house at £560k might be several pages deep and they might miss it. If they set their max price at £550k your house won’t even show up. So you are missing a lot of potential buyers by listing a £550k house at £560k for no reason.
3 nov. 2021 · Usually Rightmove sends an email to notify me of a price change. However I'm seeing sellers remove a property from Rightmove and then add it back. Additionally, this messes up chrome extension im using to tracking price changes.
