Fat HHH = Best HHH. I'm assuming this is early 2004 and it certainly doesn't help that he stands between Batista and Orton, but my god Hunter was really fat at this point. Weirdly enough, IMO, this is his best version in terms of ring work and storytelling. I might be a bit nostalgic, because this is the period of wrestling that I enjoyed the most.
HHH is such a solid dude. As a little kid I genuinely hated him. He sold the heel persona so well that I completely bought it. I can't even think of another heel that I fully believed like that. As I aged and figured out the business and could just see him build up dude after dude and then putting them over, I realized how cool he was.

And because he wasn't around much in 2001, they were basically back-to-back years for him as an active talent. It only got worse in 2003 with that Booker T feud.
