My experience with Canada Post; Canada post employees successfully enter the building and leave a delivery notice instead of leaving the package in the mailroom, at reception or any of the locker options. I don't leave my apartment. I'm always home. They never call, never come by or make any attempt to make the delivery.

Currently the Postal Carriers are injured repeatedly with repetitive caused injuries, slips and falls.
