If that doesn't help you could try turning off your BT hub for a 15 minutes to see if its allocated a new IP address which will hopefully use a different email server which may allow you to log on. 0 Ratings.

3 juil. 2024 · When you delete the account you must switch off and restart your phone. Go to your iPhone home screen and tap Settings. Scroll down to Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Tap Add Account. Scroll down and tap Other. Tap Add Mail Account. Put the name you want people to see when they get mail from you in the Name field.

However it tells me I need a BT password (which is not the one I use to access my BT emails at BT's own site), and also it tells me I may need an 'app password'. I don't know what that is.
