9 janv. 2022 · Boya m1 mic issue on an Inspiron 7506 and Windows 11. I plug the mic in. I select the option to indicate I've plugged in a mic. It says it uses a realtec driver and the most uptodate driver is already installed. I test the mic and no sound is recorded.
3 juin 2020 · I have bee try using Boya Mix - M1 in the laptop as an external mic. What I see is that, It is not recognising it at all. I think it considers it as Headphone/Headset but not as Mic. I have tried configuring it via Sound Setting but it doesnt even show up there, nor as Mic or Headset/Headphone

13 août 2020 · This ought to solve your problem: When you put the 3.5mm jack into its place in the laptop, windows 10 will ask you to choose what device you connected, you need to choose Headset, not mic in, nor headphone, neither speaker out. Keep the mic switch off (towards OFF/SmartPhone), and enjoy using the mic. I hope this helps!
22 juin 2020 · My dell inspiron 3585 with win 10 does not detect external mic neither of head phone nor dedicated mic of boya. It capture voice of its inbuilt microphone whether it is audio recording or video recording. Even technical support team of dell has failed to resolve my issue. Audio output from aux port is ok , the issue is with external mic only.
