25 sept. 2024 · The Canon EOS R6 line is Canon's most popular full-frame camera based on the data from a couple of retailers, though the EOS R8 isn't far behind. There were plenty of rumors that the EOS R6 Mark III would be announced towards the end of 2024, but now we have been told a few times that the announcement will be some time in Q1 of 2025.
18 août 2024 · The Canon RF 200-500mm f/4L IS USM has been rumored for more than year and has had varying levels of excitement surrounding it. Now, we did say it would be coming in Q4 of 2023 and smacked a big [CR3] on it. So after that didn't come to pass, we now roll with CR4, which you've never seen since, and never will.

23 avr. 2024 · The Canon RF 50mm f/1.2L USM weighs in at 950g, so we expect an RF 50mm f/1.4L USM to drop some of that weight. Is there a non-L RF 50mm f/1.4 in the pipeline? 13 févr. 2024 · The Canon RF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM Z will be announced before July 2024, and it will have the internal zoom that we have already reported on as well as the same power zoom functionality as the RF 24-105mm f/2.8L IS USM Z. For Cinema EOS, Canon will announce successors to both the C300 and C500 series of cameras ahead of IBC in September.

31 juil. 2017 · We're told that a roadmap slide at a recent Canon presentation mentioned a “high end mirrorless ILC” to be announced in Q4 of 2018. Canon recently showed that sales of their EOS M system have grown 70% over the past year, and with Nikon set to announce a new high end mirrorless system, it's obviously time for Canon to enter the same area.
