31 août 2023 · I’ve just taken delivery of a Kia Stonic gt-line S (first reg. Sept 2022 mileage 5,000). i would appreciate it if anybody could confirm that it’s quite normal for the engine to be quite noisy, especially when accelerating when the engine revs are around 2 to 3 k. As the revs increase the engine sounds much healthier.
8 mars 2019 · If you use the goo (unlikely to fix a puncture) you will ruin the tyre making it unrepairable and destroy the tyre pressure sensor (expensive). The wheel will need cleaning which is extra expense. Get a space saver spare wheel and jack kit. When I collected my Stonic (no space saver) it had the Kia gunge kit.

There must be an outside temp sensor because in Summer/warm weather it will sail with the engine off whereas in the cold it will still sail but the engine idles.
I've been a long time KIA owner but last week picked up a Venga project in Bo'ness It has a few issues. ESC light permanently on. Clutch problem (likely hydraulic problem) not allowing low gears to be selected (now fixed) Driver side window problems (now fixed) Here's what I've done so far... 38 631 gtd2000 replied 1h ago.
12 avr. 2022 · Just a heads up, I will open a brand new thread later today, but the latest MY25 Stonic models (I collected a brand new yesterday) have a more up to date version of the software than even the one you can get from the update .kia .com website. I will keep an eye on the update site, but I recommend ensuring you have OTA updates enabled from now on.

Unfortunately it does not default to last used setting on an engine cold start, but defaults to 'on' on current cars, just like the engine start/stop system.

However in my experience if you created a fault within the system by disconnecting the battery sensor or degraded the calculated battery state of charge by leaving the ignition on for a period of time (below 75%) this may prevent it from actually working.
